Privacy notice

This notice covers the Request Private Access form, which is the only place this site collects personal information. The site sets no advertising or analytics cookies of its own.

• Name, email address and organization
• Execution platform and a free-text use case
• A one-way hashed fingerprint of your connection, used only to limit abuse. The raw IP address is not stored.
• Submission time and a request reference number

Only to review your access request and reply to you. It is not sold or shared, not added to marketing lists, and not used for any other purpose.

Requests are stored in the project's managed backend database. Public visitors cannot read the stored records — only server-side code can access them.

Retention period: Not yet provided. Until a period is set, requests are kept until you ask for them to be deleted.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your request. A dedicated privacy contact is not yet provided. Until one is published, submit a new request on the Access page with your reference number and the words “deletion request”.
